Hassle-Free Holiday Returns: Gift shopping can be tough, but we’re here to make it easier. Eligible orders placed through December 24 will benefit from an extended return deadline (February 14, 2025 or 60 days after receipt of your order – whichever is later). We’ll even pay for return shipping when you select a Free Pre-Paid Return Shipping Label!
If you’d like to process a return, all you need to do is complete this Request Form. To begin, please enter your Order/Reference Number and 5-digit Billing Zip Code below and click "Next". Please note: For orders placed on Amazon.com, please use the “ship to” zip code associated with your order rather than the “bill to” zip code.
