Have a question about your order status? Here are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions
How do I check my order status?
If you have an account, you can view your order in Your Order History. If you do not have an account, or didn't log in when you placed your order, you can use our Order Status tool by entering your order number and billing zip code in order to receive more information about your order status.
Where can I find my order number?
If you have an account, your order number can be found in Your Order History. If you do not, you can find in the confirmation email you received after placing your order.
What if I don't have my confirmation email?
If you didn't receive your Order Confirmation email, check your Shopping Cart to make sure your order was submitted. You may also want to check your Spam folder for the email. If you did not receive this email within 24 hours of placing an order, please Contact Us.
How do I learn more about the status of my order?
You'll find help icons - small question marks in boxes - next to each status. Click or tap it to learn more about what the status of your order or item means.
Why does my order have multiple order numbers associated with it?
Sometimes we split one order into multiple orders so that we can ship items to you faster and offer better service. Rest assured, we'll keep working to get your order to you!
Will all my items ship together in my order?
Our free shipping offer applies to an entire order, though in some cases we will ship some items of an order ahead of others.
Can you ship some of the items in my order ahead of ones that aren't currently available?
We may be able to ship some portion of your order separate from the rest if you'd like for an additional fee. Please Contact Us and our team will be happy to help.
How do I track my shipment?
Once your order ships, you will be sent an email with tracking information for your package. It will also be displayed in your order details, which you can access through your Order History. If you do not receive this email, please review your Spam folder.
Where do I get my shipment tracking number?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with shipment and tracking information. Or if you have an account, you will see your tracking information listed under your Order History.
What if I don't see a tracking number?
The reason you may not see a tracking number for your order include:
Your order is being processed
Your item has not arrived yet from our supplier
Your order is being packed, but does not have a tracking number yet
Will you let me know if my order is delayed?
If your order is delayed, we will email an update to the address associated with your order.
How can I find out when a backordered item will ship?
We rely on our suppliers to provide estimates on all backordered items, and share them with you. Before placing your order, you can use our Check Availability feature to learn when an item is expected to ship. Once your order is confirmed, we'll email you the ETA on any backordered items. Finally, you can always check your Order Status for the most recent information. No need to contact us - the most recent information is always available online!
How do I access an invoice or receipt for my order?
After the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation and receipt via email. You can also access an invoice through your Order Status.
