Lightning Ascent does the job

I've taken these snowshoes out once so far on an easy snowshoe hike consisting of some slopes and bootpack. They have great traction and I found them easy to put on. I was considering getting the men's version but am glad I went with the narrower women's version. They seem robust enough to stand up to tough trips.

Great aggressive shoe, perfect traction on deep powder or sloping ice. Crampons aggressive enough for steep pitches, televators take all the calf strain away on the unrelenting ups.

I use these for snow shoeing up mountains in the Rockies. They are lightweight and have great traction. I found the buckles a little difficult to do up and take off at first, especially if it is very cold, but with practice and wear it improved

Q Hi.I am looking to buy these for my wife as a present but not sure on which size? She is 62kg,packweight around 12-15kg.Terrain is steep in the Australian alps with different snow conditions.Anyhelp would be grateful thanks.

The 22" should be perfectly fine. If for any reason you need extra float, though I doubt it, you could always add the tails.
